our products are made using natural and minimally processed fabrics. due to the nature of these materials, slight variations in texture, colour, or finish may occur from piece to piece. these are characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
product images on our website are as accurate as possible, but slight differences in colour may appear due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
an order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
we reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. in such cases, you will be notified promptly.
all prices are listed in nepali rupees (npr) unless stated otherwise.
prices are subject to change without prior notice. the price at the time of checkout is the final price for your order.
we ship across nepal through third-party courier partners.
delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.
tathagata is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched.
a tracking update or dispatch notification will be shared once your order is on its way.
returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or incorrect, raised within 3 calendar days of delivery.
items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags intact.
no refunds are offered. approved returns are resolved through exchange only.
no exchange or return is accepted for any reason other than damage or incorrect dispatch.

these terms & conditions are governed by the laws of nepal. any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of kathmandu, nepal.
